Essential Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple email inboxes

• Print and organize documents related to customer orders

• Making copies of documents for recordkeeping purposes

• Creating and filing physical file folders

• Scanning documents into our record retention system

Position Requirements

• HSD/GED is required

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word

• Must be motivated and a self-starter with a positive attitude
