This is a Plant Finance Manager position located in the Senatobia, MS area. 

Job Summary: In this role, you will have the opportunity to Direct the plant's financial operations and assist Plant Management in improving plant performance through effective analysis and budgeting, and by monitoring plant's margins, costs, and cash. The position requires a broad business perspective and must work effectively within a team environment to provide actionable information and services to plant and corporate departments. 

Responsibilities: Financials and Performance for the Plant including accountability for P&L, Balance sheet, Cash and operational KPIs. Direct and oversee controlling activities to include monthly close, result analysis, budgeting / forecasting, cost accounting, productivity measurement, internal controls, CAPEX management. Serve as the key partner to factory managers in determining strategy for your own area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing them, and adjusting, as needed. Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for your area of responsibility. Priorities will focus on plant performance monitoring, budget & Financial planning, internal controls, and capital investment analysis and control.

Qualifications: Bachelor's of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business administration required. Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations Finance required. Advanced degree preferred Leadership skills; demonstrated ability to build credibility with and challenge stakeholders to drive initiatives and deliver high impact solutions to meet business targets. Good Communication skills and ability to work with and/or supervise a variety of people. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous ERP experience (SAP experience preferred). Strong computer skills (Advanced Excel); BI is a plus. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the USMore about us.
