This is a job for an Integrated Product Unit Manager position with the company located in Senatobia, MS area.

Job Summary: In this role, as a IPU Manager, you will be responsible for managing an assigned product group within the factory operations accountable for Safety, Quality, Revenue Achievement, Productivity & Efficiency. This operations position provides direct guidance to Production Supervisors and 200+ hourly associates and is required to function as the area continuous improvement (lean) champion.

Responsibilities: Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Focusing on achievement of the target set for metrics like total demand orders (by ABB and third-party), growth margin percentage, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and on-time delivery as requested. Evaluating market opportunities, determining appropriate activities aligned with the overall strategy, and coordinating opportunities across local divisions and local business units, as appropriate. Ensuring balanced growth for all product lines, product groups, and business units and creating product demand by promoting technical aspects, providing solutions, and utilizing value-based selling approach.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/production management experience. Experience managing direct Salaried Employees and indirect cross functional departments. Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Strong ERP experience in Americas SAP (AMSAP) or SAP Torque. (Strong demonstrated experience in other ERP is considered)
