This is a Factory Financial Analyst position with a company in Senatobia, Mississippi

Summary:  In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site. This role will need to be able to work onsite (#LI-Onsite) at the Senatobia, MS facility. This location is a highly dynamic site with is undergoing an exponential growth. Our factory is about 600 employees and will be doubling size in the next 2 years. We are producing the ABB Tmax / Emax breakers primarily for the Data Center industry.

Duties & Responsibilities: - Performing analyses of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions. Benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar sites within ABB. Preparing financial modelling for various hypotheses and assessing impact to factory with special focus on product / business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis / inventory analysis. Supporting the preparation of the relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting and providing information to the management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications[]{#Hlk142289191}[]{#Hlk142304825}: Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, and/or Costing & Analysis background. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Previous ERP experience is a plus. (SAP highly desirable) Costing experience is a plus. Advanced Excel, PowerBI is a plus. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
