Aerotek Rework Technician in Seminole, Florida

Job Title: Rework Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reworking components on printed circuit boards

  • Installing and soldering thru-hole and SMT components

  • Working per IPC-A-610 criteria / J-STD-001

  • Reworking/Repairing in accordance with IPC-7711/7721

  • Using solder irons, various size/shape tips, hot air pencils, solder wick, solder suckers

  • Experience with lead-free solder (plus)

  • Removing/Replacing BGA’s using Selective Reflow (SRT)

  • Cleaning and preparing sites for installation

SHIFT

  • 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

  • 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM

  • 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

There is potential for voluntary overtime on Saturdays.

ENVIRONMENT

Climate-controlled environment in a new facility that opened in April, currently operating with 500 employees across 3 shifts.
