DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will monitor and evaluate the quality of services and support, assist in preparation for and responses to licensing surveys, and participate in the development and improvement of Selinsgrove Center's quality management program. You will facilitate assigned committees, focus groups, and performance improvement teams; develop reports; and provide guidance and technical assistance to interdisciplinary staff. You will also collaborate with all levels of staff in supporting the use of quality improvement tools to collect, display, analyze, and report information for quality management goals. • Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• Overtime and travel as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Two years of professional experience as a member of a multiple disciplinary treatment team in a public or private health care facility and a bachelor's degree; or
• Two years of clinical experience in an human services agency, including one year of administrative, evaluative, or consultative experience in a health care program; and a bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, nursing, health care administration, behavioral sciences or a related field; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

• A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
