Details for the 2nd Shift:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

• Pay: Starts at $19 an hour (or more, based on experience), with an additional $1 per hour shift differential.

Job Duties:

As a Press Brake Operator, you will ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

• Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications like dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions.
• Select, position, and secure tools in tool holders as per CNC programming. Secure workpieces in holding devices, machine tables, or fixtures.
• Monitor machine operations and verify workpiece conformance to specifications.
• Identify stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum; read blueprints and schematics.
• Forklift experience is a plus, or willingness to obtain it.
• Be open to working overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
• Perform basic math operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and convert decimals to fractions.
• Accurately measure with a tape measure and square to 1/32nds.

Education and/or Experience:

A two-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or one to two years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

Successful completion of background and drug tests (no cost to you). This is a production/machining operation on concrete, so steel-toe/ANZI-41 compliant footwear is required. All other safety gear and PPE are provided.
