ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operate and run the machine to meet at least 80% of the production standard, ensuring 98% quality parts.
• Keep your work area neat, clean, and organized, and report production results.
• Maintain the machine and inspection equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Share knowledge and instructions with team members to enhance overall productivity.
• Move materials and assist with shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
• Perform regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Clean common areas and properly handle waste, including metal chips and other debris.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience CNC Lathe, Mill or Swiss experience
• Ability to ensure the production of quality parts with minimal defects.
• Willingness to help team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of equipment and materials.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
