Job Description: This position under the direction of the Maintenance Manager this position provides general building and grounds upkeep and housekeeping.

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Maintenance/housekeeping of the facility as directed

  • Emptying garbage

  • Sweeping/mopping of floors (Operate floor scrubber)

  • Clean shop floor to include scrubbing and sanitizing work sinks, empty garbage, and sanitize any doors and handles

  • Sweep front entrance and pick up any trash and debris in yard and parking lot

  • Power wash patio area weekly

  • Fill paper towels in office and shop floor

  • Clean all bathrooms, kitchen area, breakroom, office, and hallways

  • Sweep and mop floors in breakroom and office areas

  • Refill supplies and keep inventory as needed

  • Wipe down inside and outside of refrigerators, tables, and chairs

  • Vacuum and empty trash in office area

  • Facility window washing

  • Wipe/wash walls or other facility surfaces

  • Clean up employee smoking area

  • General clean up

  • Other duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU BRING OR WE'D LIKE TO SEE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required

  • 0-6 months experience

  • Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills

  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds with an assist.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • If selected for hire, a background check will be conducted.
