Jostens Supervisor, Customer Service in Sedalia, Missouri

Supervisor, Customer Service - Printlynx

Location: Sedalia, Missouri

Provide front line customer service support for Sedalia operations and supervision of Printlynx Commercial Print team.

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to Printlynx sales representative and customer service reps

  • Responsible for balancing, collections and bank deposits

  • Handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Initiate job tickets

  • Monitor Work in Progress

  • Work with Accounting for month-end billing

  • Lead Estimator answering questions for sales and customer service representative and internal departments

  • Manage storefront and online system

  • Work with external vendors for quotes and track outsources jobs

  • Order of paper and envelope supplies and manage inventory

Required:

  • High School Diploma

  • 5+ years’ Customer Service experience

  • Knowledge of sales techniques

  • Solid cash handling and math skills for estimating

  • Working knowledge of full MS Office suite

  • In-depth knowledge of Sedalia product offerings

  • In-depth knowledge of Sedalia production processes

  • Pleasant and professional telephone presence

Preferred:

  • Relevent AA degree

  • Print estimation knowledge/experience/training

  • Experience managing vendor relationships
