A prominent, privately owned manufacturing company in the Sedalia area is seeking a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will develop, impliment and continuously improve systems to assure that all products meet customer specifications. The Quality Manager will lead and develop the quality team. The Quality Manager will work cross functionally and with customers and suppliers to analyze problems, determine root causes, and validate solutions to reduce risk. This position is salaried in the $115K+ range, plus bonus and full benefits!

responsibilities:

• Maintains quality assurance capabilities, objectives and roadmaps that support enterprise goals and strategy deployment.

• Leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system based on industry best practices, data from warranty, audit and other internal sources.

• Create and maintain visual management tools to monitor the Quality Management System.

• Leads and develops Quality Team members to maximize their engagement and realize their potential.

• Continuously improve technical, problem solving, and leadership skills of the Quality team.

• Provides training to Quality and Production employees of quality requirements and best practices and promotes a culture of quality.
