About the Role: The Marketing team at PitchBook is critical to fueling the company's growth by utilizing a variety of strategies to increase brand awareness and help our Sales and Customer Success teams grow and retain our client base. The Marketing team is responsible for all demand generation efforts including successful campaign, account based marketing, and digital channel executions, effective product and customer marketing efforts, strategy-optimizing data and analytics, and engaging client and trade-show events. The Marketing team also drives the brand forward via impactful public relations and management of our dynamic sports partnerships. PitchBook's producer for webinar content helps drive our online webinar production. This role requires balancing project management and digital production while improving our ability to reach our audience. This role is a part of the Events and Partnerships team, supporting the production of webinars and speaking engagements that further amplify PitchBook's data and research. The right candidate will be at their best working in a fast-paced environment while in close collaboration with team members. Primary Job Responsibilities: Support the webinar strategy as defined by marketing leaders Play an integral role in the webinar production process from audience acquisition to post-webinar follow-up and analytics Work cross-functionally with campaign managers, product marketers, and the creative team to ensure webinars are on brand and promoted effectively through PitchBook's marketing channels Coordinate directly with the analyst team to produce impactful webinars for our external audiences Create PowerPoint decks and additional design creation assets Assist in studio set up and live productio Coordinate with the social media team to identify webinar marketing opportunities and assist on digital production as needed Maintain webinar follow-up processes, video uploads and post live-day communication. Maintain Highspot platform to ensure webinar awareness for internal teams Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 1+ years relevant experience in content production or marketing Basic video production and editing skills preferred Ability to learn technical skills to aid in event production A true team player Ability to work productively across diverse teams in rapidly changing situations Highly organized with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities Detail-oriented and deadline driven Technically savvy. Experience with Zoom or other similar programs preferred Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily Benefits + Compensation at PitchBook: Physical He
