The Role: Temporary Product Lead, Finance & Operations Technology This job posting will close on Tuesday, October 29th 5:00pm PST Slalom's Finance Technology Team is looking for a temporary Product Lead who will be responsible for the support and enhancements of the existing technologies, as well as requirements gathering, analysis and project management for new solutions. The person in this role will develop a strong working relationship with the FinTech Engineering & Support Team as well as business stakeholders across the Finance & Operations organizations. The ideal candidate will have a natural enthusiasm and passion for providing creative solutions, excellent analysis skills, a love of troubleshooting and a proven track record for successful delivery. They will have the ability to work in a strong team-oriented environment as well as be self-driven to work independently. The FinTech team primarily works remotely, using online collaboration tools to work together and stay connected. What You'll Do * Provide Tier 3 product support for Slalom enterprise finance systems & integrations * Manage support escalations to vendors. * Research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and tools. * Create documentation to be utilized by both internal and external customers. * Support agile development by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and analysis and participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retro, Review, etc.) and principles throughout the product development phases. * Gather and document requirements from stakeholders. * Provide technical project management for prioritized Initiatives. What You'll Bring * A minimum of 5 years of experience with business analysis, project management, product management or applicable subject area. * Experience working with Finance or Operations technology and processes. * Experience in roles requiring technical writing skills to develop comprehensive specifications and documentation for business and software functionality.
