Operational Excellence This specialized role is focused on developing in-house calibration, maintenance, and repair services for laboratory instrumentation including establishing standard calibration policies and procedures leveraging existing self-performance work for client Complete necessary paperwork, i.e., Logbooks, Work Orders, Calibration Documentation in accordance with cGMP good documentation practices Must be competent in working in the electronic CMMS to track scheduled work and execute calibrations electronically Must be capable of providing diagnostic feedback to support deviations and investigations to support root cause analysis and corrective actions Initiates deviations as they relate to calibration OOT or non-conformance conditions Assist in creating new instrumentation maintenance and repair procedures and providing input on existing for periodic reviews Use various testing devices and standards related to calibration services Train colleagues as necessary Work with internal and external partners Provide cGMP oversight of external vendors to ensure they are operating within the cGMP policies and procedures of the area Develop methods and generate and modify calibration procedures for existing and new calibrated instrumentation for the purpose of clarity and correct execution for all team members while performing calibrations Develop and provide technical job aids and training presentations instrumentation maintenance and repair-related activities Provides technical support and guidance on instrument/controls-related issues Provides oversight, support and direction to outside contracted calibration and controls service providers Provide oversight of critical spare parts and inventory as they relate to instrumentation and controls Act as liaison with technical business leaders, facilities managers, and other internal and external clients to forecast workload demands and requirements. Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. Be responsible for the implementation of technology systems to support service delivery, including required reporting. Provide accurate data and operational knowledge to drive operational improvements through root cause failure analysis, predictive failure mode, and mean time to failure trending. Ensure that Critical Engineering Environments operate to all agreed client and JLL requirements to ensure maximum uptime. Collaborating with HSE teams to ensure that all essential activities-including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and equipment-are performed safely and efficiently; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our clients and our own management teams. Qualifications High school diploma and 10 years of calibration-specific experience in a regulated industry OR Associate Degree and 7 years of calibration-specific experience in a regulated industry OR Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of calibration-specific experience in a regulated industry Expert knowledge and application of instrument, equipment, and loop calibrations of various parameters in manufacturing, utilities, and laboratory environments Exceptional Comput
