What you will do: Our Senior/Staff Software Engineers are end-to-end owners who have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of designing, building, and delivering data-focused products for our stakeholders. Some of the work that you will be doing to help us deliver on our mission is: You will be part of the team responsible for building the Experimentation platform (A/B testing) for the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather experimentation requirements and develop scalable solutions iteratively. Lead the design for the Experimentation Platform including the integration with various business-critical applications. Develop and operate high scale data products with a focus on trustworthiness of analyzed data, and debuggability/actionability for feature teams and platform reliability Engineer sophisticated data pipelines using Airflow, and Databricks, with focus on performance, costs and data integrity. Drive the development of advanced statistical techniques to reduce the experiment cycle times and maintain trust in experiment data.
