The Sr. Program Manager GTM is responsible for building, optimizing, and measuring an efficient go-to-market system to promote the services Amazon offers to sellers to help them achieve and sustain success, as quickly as possible, providing greater selection and a better experience for Amazon customers.

The ideal candidate is a marketing-savvy operations expert with a proven ability to build and operate a product marketing engine that will amplify go-to-market campaigns for teams across Amazon's entire third-party seller business.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the go-to-market mechanism for digital services and tools built by Amazon for independent sellers.

  • Serve the main point of contact for GTM stakeholders, including product marketing managers and channel marketers.

  • Partner with creative, design, marketing, PR, and legal teams to generate campaign assets.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment.

  • Develop metrics to measure and optimize (1) campaign effectiveness and (2) GTM operational efficiency. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Implement structured testing to gather insights and improve future product launches.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

About the team

Seller Success Programs is part of the Selling Partner Services organization. Our vision is to ensure all business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs are aware of the opportunity to sell with Amazon, to enable them to launch through self-service registration, and to help them discover their personalized path to success.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization

  • PMP

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
