The US Video Games and Home Entertainment Supply Chain team is seeking is seeking a creative, analytical, strategic, and driven Sr. Program Manager to join our exciting and fast-paced team. We strive to create a best-in-class customer experience by working directly with suppliers to leverage solutions at scale and optimize across the end-to-end supply chain. The Sr. Program Manager will drive continual improvement and growth by working on key internally-facing and externally-facing initiatives. You will lead strategy and execution with multiple cross-functional product, program, and finance teams at Amazon, including owning end-to-end program roadmaps and execution, performing analysis, and identifying and taking action on opportunities to continually improve our store.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead US VG and HE cross-functional program management for supply chain initiatives, including driving strategic updates, organized collaboration, and continual improvement.

• Own initiative roadmap and development across all supply chain areas and partner cross-functionally to drive onboarding for external partners and training internally throughout the year.

• Reinvent how we think about applying supply chain solutions across the business and scale those across Consumer Electronics and North American Stores.

• Think big and bring forward new ideas to positively disrupt existing supply chain strategies, training, and tooling.

• Continually evaluate the Supply Chain Manager role experience and develop innovative ways we can optimize it.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
