The future for Prime Video International is very exciting with many launches and new products to be released this year! We are looking for a smart, customer-obsessed, and analytical Product Marketing Manager to help grow our global digital video business and create innovative and engaging customer experiences across our website, mobile, and living room devices.

As Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of Prime Video’s International Marketing team and own the in-app customer experience (CX). You will drive a best-in class CX by working on service-level improvements and leading GTM strategies for new feature launches in collaboration with Product teams to deliver them internationally. You will identify merchandising requirements for new launches, anticipate cross-functional needs, and schedule support accordingly. Projects will vary in scope, from short-term fixes to long-term, extra-large projects. You are the required connection between Marketing and Product teams to translate business needs into product requirements and vice-versa, collaborating on a daily basis with our dependencies and partner teams to drive alignment globally.

You will be directly responsible for the Prime Video in-app CX and drive improvements to the customer experience in a complex multi-language, multi-cultural context and will be the voice of Prime Video international customers with Product, Marketing, and Content teams. You will monitor the performance of Product features for international territories and implement recommendations and improvements to increase customer engagement with our service.

You’ll have an eye for compelling merchandising, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for experimentation. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods, and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Amazon Video teams. A passion for movies, TV shows, and live sports is a plus! Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, very detail-oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.

Sr. Product Marketing Manager duties and responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with Product and Tech teams to test and implement new features, define requirements, and influence the customer-facing roadmap based on Prime Video International requirements and priorities

  • Defining the marketing and merchandising strategy for the in-app experience (Prime Video storefront) to increase customer engagement at a service level

  • Measuring and optimizing in-app engagement and conversion metrics

  • Optimizing storefront content campaigns, messaging, and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices

  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiency by taking inputs from campaign launch managers and working cross-functionally to implement them

  • Diving deep with highly technical products to understand value drivers and improvement opportunities for customers

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
