• Customer Trust: The WW Customer Trust goal is to keep Amazon stores WW safe and trustworthy for our buyers, brands and selling partners, by enabling our selling partners to provide great CX, while ensuring bad actors are kept out of our stores.

• Fullfillment by Amazon: WW Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service that allows independent businesses to outsource order fulfillment to Amazon, providing them a seamless experience to leverage our physical and technical infrastructure to serve customers across the world with fast delivery. The team’s mission is to create a best-in-class experience for sellers to operate and grow their business on Amazon by equipping sellers with tools, features, and storage/transportation options to maximize their financial returns.

• NA Seller Business & Programs: The NA Seller Business team drives recruitment, selection, lower prices, and the overall flywheel that ultimately leads to long-term, sustainable growth. This organization owns our NA P&L and building innovative technology, science, and product solutions that scale worldwide.

• Selling Partner Infrastructure & Financial: Selling Partner Infrastructure and Financial (SPIF) Services enable the long-term success of our selling partners by providing scalable and flexible cross-cutting technology framework and financial services accelerating selling partner success on WW Amazon stores. These technologies empower internal and external builders to innovate on behalf of our selling partners and drive the business through accurate and timely decision-making at scale. • Selling Partner Experience: The mission of the Selling Partner Experience (SPX) team is to deliver a delightful end-to-end experience that enables selling partners to grow and thrive in our WW stores. We are builders, with direct responsibility for Seller Central, Seller Customer Service, Support and Help experiences, and Listings experience. We are owners who partner with other builder teams to deliver a cohesive, transparent, actionable, best-in-industry experience that selling partners love.

Depending on your experience, interests and business needs, you will own the front-end, back-end, or full stack design and development of product features, building scale, efficiency, and differentiated customer experiences. We’re looking for software engineers passionate about building software solutions end-to-end, have strong software development experience delivering at scale solutions, and systems design skills. You should have a demonstrated ability delivering within a DevOps delivery model from scoping requirements, requirement analysis, design, development, test, CI/CD, security implementation, and operational excellence with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, business stakeholders and other tech teams through the actual launch of the project. You should also have experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
