Welcome to our SOC practice withinRisk Advisory and Compliance (RAC)Our team supports our business assurance practice and integrated compliance audits for Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC1 & SOC2 and other IT consultative services.We have direct interactions with clients who range in size from start-up to enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Strong motivation to meet client deadlines, provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze complex data, evaluate information and systems, while drawing logical conclusions

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to mentor, train and manage professional staff

  • Strong ability to multitask, juggle multiple clients, and manage various deadlines

  • Attention to detail while reviewing work

  • Demonstrated skills in effectively working with all levels of management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; major in business, finance, accounting or information systems preferred

  • CISA, CPA, and/orCISSPor comparable accreditation preferred

  • 2 years of IT Audit experience required

  • 2 years of experience on SOC 1, SOC 2, and/or SOC 3 examinations preferred

  • Ability to determine testing approach and perform testing for SOC controls

  • Experience within a public accounting/consulting firm preferred

  • Supervises SOC engagement team during fieldwork and provides on the job training

  • Sarbanes-Oxley IT audit experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of financial applications preferred

  • Demonstrates knowledge of attestation standards

  • Ability to work as part of a team for larger engagements

  • Outstanding client service skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Analytical and creative problem solving skills

  • Team player and deadline oriented

  • Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to train & mentor staff on engagements

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
