Department OverviewThe Services Offer Management team is responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola's Managed and Support services offerings across our global Video & Software portfolio.Job Description This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle. Researches and identifies potential new products or service trends and evaluates their potential for success in the targeted marketplace. Interprets customer & partner needs into new features and new service offerings through collaboration with customers, partners, product marketing, sales, engineering, finance, and other relevant departments. Develops product planning direction and prioritizes the new product roadmap.
