As an Service Sales Representative for our Power Generation division, you'll be responsible for managing a high-potential sales territory, growing our customer base, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. You'll work with industry-leading products and services, collaborating with our expert team to help businesses power their operations efficiently and reliably. What You'll Do: Develop New Business - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, inbound inquiries, cold calls, and market research. Grow Customer Relationships - Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while re-engaging past customers for new business. Be a Trusted Advisor - Understand customer needs and recommend the right power generation solutions for their applications. Drive Sales Strategy - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to maximize growth potential in your territory. Collaborate with Experts - Work closely with our Parts and Service Sales team to deliver exceptional service and technical support. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in the power generation industry (marine or industrial experience a plus). Proven ability to develop leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment, parts, and systems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who thrives in an independent, fast-paced sales environment. Experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems. Why Join Us?
