lululemon usa inc. Senior Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Senior Project Manager, lululemon usa inc., Seattle, WA. Lead project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams. Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders.  Champion project management best practices and processes.  Take responsibility for full project life cycle ownership including full implementation from initiation (including gathering and evaluation technology requirements) to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.  Create plans for change management and communication. Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across team and cross-functional partners. Enable the organization to strategically envision, design, source, make, ship, and sell sustainable merchandise while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, at scale.

Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 7 years of work experience in (5 of which must be progressive, post-baccalaureate) project management or program management.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience working with agile delivery methodologies including SAFe Agile, PI Planning or Scrum.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

  • Translating business strategy into road maps;
  • Developing and delivering executive level presentations; and,
  • Delivering training and communication to large groups/teams.

Of the required experience, must have 3 year(s) of experience in all of the following:

  • Retail or e-commerce;
  • Supply chain processes, including buying, supply planning, and range planning;
  • Order management, replenishment, forecasting, and warehouse management systems; and
  • Managing budgets of at least 2 Million USD.

Workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace policy:

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits Package For Washington Applicants: lululemon's compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $169,125.00 -- $189,125.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
