Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Program Manager - Hybrid in Seattle, Washington
Description Senior Program Manager REMOTE Hybrid 50% SCHEDULE: Full-Time/Days. Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm PST. The Program Manager supports the Regional Directors and Executive Medical Directors of Acute Services in achieving the Quadruple Aim. PM supports in areas of strategy development, quality initiatives, feasibility assessments, implementations, and ongoing management of key programmatic development initiatives. Program initiatives assigned cover a broad spectrum to include: new services feasibility and development; quality assessment and improvement; financial performance; facility, equipment and supply needs; new technology assessment; and, market evaluation and communications. Administers the process of analyzing requirements and makes recommendations and facilitates system and process change as needed. Assures analysis and management of the total needs of the assigned programs/projects and sustainment of prioritized quality goals for the service line. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years Progressive responsibility preferably in a health care setting. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration. Or equivalent education/experience. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or be willing to obtain one within a year upon hire. Experience leading process improvement initiatives. Why Join Providence?
