The Content & Partner Lifecycle team leads the end to end digital supply chain for Prime Video content. As a Senior Product Manager on the team, you will work closely with senior leadership across business and engineering, as well as the other product managers in Prime Video, to successfully drive the strategy, development and launch of new features to increase customer engagement.

In this role you will develop the strategy, vision for automating, scaling and optimizing offers and policies platforms so that studios partners can maximize their selection on PV Storefront and deliver best in class customer experiences that are in alignment with partner agreements. You will own and drive product roadmaps, features and capabilities based on this strategic vision and will define prioritized feature sets to address key internal and external customer needs. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will work collaboratively with product development, engineering and operations teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our platform capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap of Offers and Policies to automate, scale and optimize offers and policies so that studios partners can maximize their selection on Prime Video and deliver best in class customer experiences that are in alignment with partner contracts.

• Envision the ideal Partner experience journey and set the plan for how Prime Video can offer new, high value selection (e.g. bundles) that will close selection, pricing and convenience gaps for all customers, including sports fans, movie enthusiasts and households.

• Ideate new products and customer experiences that will allow studios partners to bring new content to Prime Video in automated and scalable ways, and that will help customers engage with the content

• Collaborate with other product managers and engineers on our team to assess feature feasibility and resource allocation.

• Write strategic documentation and narrative to present to senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • 1+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
