The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm's financial and business analysis functions. This position is responsible for a broad range of analytical duties, including profitability modeling, pricing analysis, and legal project management. Key objectives include conducting profitability analyses, assisting in the development of innovative pricing arrangements, creating and monitoring matter budgets, and developing financial reports for standard and ad hoc requests. This hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office. Why Join Us? Your Role: As a Senior Pricing Analyst within our Practice Administration Department your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting attorneys in structuring pricing proposals and coordinating approvals, positioning pricing as a strategic tool for client relationship management. Developing and implementing financial models to assess profitability and supporting the creation of innovative pricing solutions, including alternative fee arrangements. Developing practical tools, such as budget templates, to enhance fee accuracy and promote legal project management discipline. Working closely with attorneys and practice groups to implement effective budgeting and matter management strategies. Analyzing profitability and key financial metrics for the firm's departments, practices, and clients. Provide attorneys and firm leadership with actionable financial insights to optimize pricing decisions. Required Experience: An undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst or equivalent position, preferably in a professional services environment. A good understanding of legal project management standards and best practices is preferred. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics tools is a plus. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
