Position Overview Stanley's business is growing, and we are building our supply chain capabilities to ensure our consumers can quickly find the right product for them. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager with a strong background in DTC fulfillment operations and account management. In this role you will be the key interface between Stanley eCommerce Sales/Business Development and our 3rd party logistics (3PL) providers. You will ensure detailed execution of sales orders and build a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities coupled with a strong understanding of supply chain management and fulfillment principles. What You'll Do Manage the performance of key 3PL's within our NA fulfillment network, serving as the critical liaison between Stanley Supply Chain operations, internal stakeholders and our 3PL partners. Oversee communications, reporting, and escalations to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently. Conduct regular reviews and audits of 3PL performance with stakeholders to maintain alignment on near-term requirements and solutions. Optimize current operations. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of workflow and process changes. Supervise contract compliance of 3PL's and resolve any contractual issues that may arise. Stay current on industry trends to serve as an informed resource for both clients and internal teams. Who You Are To excel in this role, you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an excellent understanding of supply chain, especially warehouse operations. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 7+ years of professional Supply Chain Management experience, at least 5 of which have been in fulfillment operations leadership role. 2+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of successful managing a 3PL DTC fulfillment network. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, and logistics. Demonstrated capability in negotiation and networking. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 30% to our 3PL partners for frequent operational reviews Salary Range $140,000 - $165,000 annually. Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
