Amazon Senior Financial Analyst, North America Supply Chain in Seattle, Washington

Description

Amazon is looking for hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated account representatives to help scale Amazons growing businesses. You will work with a range of Amazon Businesses and business partners to increase sales and marketing, improve product lifecycles, and ensure that it stays competitive within Amazon’s online space. To do this, you need to be extremely hands on, have an understanding of Amazon's display advertising products, technical/operational capabilities, and have the ability to synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and solutions - Analyze performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, productivity, and return on investment - Regularly communicate success metrics with external stakeholders to drive the business - Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet clients’ goals - Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions - Lead quarterly reports with stakeholders - Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

  • 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, or CPA

  • Knowledge of Tableau

  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
