Swedish Health Services Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

Description

Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator - Swedish First Hill (Full Time, Day)

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST; Hybrid - 3x a week in the office

Location: 1124 Columbia St. Seattle, WA 98104

At Swedish Foundation, stewardship acknowledges, recognizes, reports and provides experiences to donors in relation to their philanthropic gifts. This position will work closely with the Marketing, Communications & Experiences (MCE) team and the larger Swedish Foundation team to deliver vibrant and captivating content that shows gratitude and inspires our donors. The successful candidate executes multiple projects at once while proactively communicating project status, working collaboratively with colleagues and identifying potential roadblocks. The Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator reports directly to the Director, Stewardship for Swedish Foundation.

The following job duties listed are essential functions of the position. However, other duties may be assigned, and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

  • Coordinate production and delivery of gift receipts and acknowledgement letters weekly.

  • Administer thank you process for first-time donors, monthly donors, employees, and other donor groups.

  • Project manages, prioritizes, and tracks status of stewardship reports and ensures that all actions are recorded in our database.

  • Manage and update the donor walls as well as other physical spaces where donor recognition occurs.

  • Management of recognition societies/gift clubs that include identifying and welcoming new members, executing special communications, and participating in annual planning for these groups.

  • Oversee special donor stewardship communication projects, follow-up communications (post event, etc.), and special projects that arise.

  • Partner with data analysts on data management and integrity, large mailings, events, and metrics.

  • Participate in populating and maintaining the stewardship resources on the Foundation Toolkit on SharePoint, ensuring that materials are current, organized, and inclusive of relevant strategic materials.

  • Monitor and maintain stock of branded materials, stewardship supplies, and collateral.

  • Track metrics for all stewardship efforts and measure against baseline to offer insights and recommendations for continual improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience

  • 3-5 years of job related experience of progressive complexity in a development setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years Healthcare experience.
