Robert Half Senior Business Analyst (Workday - Integration ) in Seattle, Washington

Description

Robert Half is searching for Business Analyst to support a large financial client with facilitating business requirements related to the integration of Workday HCM. This Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for leading business meetings with third party vendors as the primary liaison for development and QA teams. This position is a temporary contract that would go through the end of March 2025 and is 100% Remote. Please feel inclined to apply if your skillset aligns!

Job Duties:

  • Interpret customer business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements

  • Analyze and document trade-offs between complexity, usability, and performance needs

  • Develop and deliver end-user documentation, quick guides, training plans, and training materials

  • Serve as a liaison between different teams to establish the business and technical vision

  • Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

  • Assist in owning the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and contribute to the testing phase of a project

  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details

  • Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action

  • Assist with communication activities and serve as a liaison between different teams

  • Manage time effectively, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and create deliverables with minimal direction

    Requirements

Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years of relevant IT experience (If no degree, 1 year of experience for each year of education: AA & 5+ years of relevant IT experience OR HS Diploma or GED & 7+ years of relevant IT experience)

  • Business Analyst experience with HRIS implementations - workday preferred.

  • Skilled in identifying workflows, workday workbooks and eliciting business requirements.

  • Experienced in HCM/Benefits/Interfaces
