Position Purpose:

This role will work on Salesforce Flows, managing installed applications, Process Builder, User Management and Apex. This position will support and enhance our Salesforce platform, resolve user issues, drive user adoption, work with Developers on advanced enhancements and updates as well as lead training initiatives to maximize new features and functionalities.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Configure, maintain, and improve the Salesforce platform, including quarterly updates, user management, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, AppExchange applications, and lightning components.
  • Monitor incoming support emails and tickets, resolving Salesforce-related issues promptly or escalating various issues to developers when necessary.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to facilitate user adoption of new Salesforce features.
  • Regularly audit and maintain system health, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices, proactively implementing enhancements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required.

Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, AppExchange, and Lightning.

High School Diploma or the equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, with experience working with developers for escalations.
