AllCom Global Services Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

JOB SUMMARY Plans, directs, and coordinates projects throughout their life cycle. The successful candidate will be skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality and on-time performance of tasks. job duties and responsibilities Work with the Director of Field Operations to identify and obtain manpower needs related to assigned projects Initiates, supports and participates in negotiations with prospective customers Analyzes situations and develops plans, delivery timelines and schedules, etc. Defines customer requirements and translates them into operational plans Monitors and controls cost versus budget, plans versus performance and field staffing requirements Analyzes effects of projects upon various operating and support areas such as Deployment Solutions, Engineering, Engineering, Purchasing & Logistics and Corporate Services to determine the most practical and cost-effective method to complete the project Provides direction and guidance to project teams in the execution of projects including the formulation of contingency plans, such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, funding allocations and priority alignment Communicates with internal and external customers as needed for project success Ability to travel out-of-town as needed to assigned project sites Promotes AllCom's Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Quality and Performance job knowledge AND skills Project Management basics Project activity planning. Budget development and cost control Change control. Understanding contract specifications and drawings. Project schedule development and monitoring. Employee and resource management. Estimating and procurement management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate across all lines of the organization. Ability to handle conflict in a professional and calm demeanor Has a full understanding industry standard safety regulations Exhibits professional appearance and conduct in accordance with established AllCom standards to present a professional image to the customer and the general public education/certification/job experience required 5+ years of Project Manager experience on government projects. Working on United States Army Corps of Engineers experience preferred.
