Description:

A large food and beverage firm in Seattle, WA is looking to hire a Creative Project Manager/Producer for a 6 month project to start with possible extension to help with supporting a very large client. This role would be a hybrid with 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote. This will be working daily in the Smartsheet software systems. Needs to work with C-Suite managers and conformable presenting at times. Working with Art projects (style guides) and helping out with color and materials used on print and holiday season designs.

• Concept: moodboard/colors and brand status update review to ideate on best translation into our channel

• 1st Draft: Artwork Design Concept/sketch aligning to brand expression and gift pack business strategy. .

• Final Draft: Updates based on feedback and final direction for routing + approval.

• Pre-Press Art: Get all files print ready for Ceramic, Stainless, and Paper substrates;

• Art Release: Package up files with separate art file links to release to gift pack vendors

• Meetings with individual designers for in-depth walk throughs of design intention
