Aston Carter Project Financial Coordinator in Seattle, Washington
Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides daily administrative support for the Project Team, prioritizing workflow within multiple projects
• Review employee expense reports for expense coding and travel policy accuracy
• Complete lien releases and waivers to assist finance department during billing procedures
• Post invoices to various client sites (Ariba, Textura, Procore, Payee Central)
• Follow up on unpaid accounts receivable
• Assist in certificate of insurance distribution to commissioning clients
• Daily communication with Project Managers and Team Lead supporting commissioning department
• Maintain subcontractor certificate of insurance requirements

General Skills and Qualifications
• Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality with sensitive data
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Minimum of (5-8) years of administrative or accounting experience in a construction or related environment
• Experience using Textura, Procore, Ariba, BlueBeam or other similar construction software for financial tracking and invoice entry.
• Ability to listen, take direction and ask clarifying questions with firm leadership
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a wide array of personality types
• Solid working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
