We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities: Purchasing: Handle purchasing for contract jobs, tenant improvement (TI) jobs, and service jobs. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records including purchase orders, inventory transfers, and credit card requests. Deliveries Coordination: Coordinate and fulfill 2-10 deliveries per week Inventory Management: Manage receiving, staging, and inventory to ensure efficient operations. Shop Organization: Consolidate boxes and parts to conserve space in the shop, maintaining an organized and tidy workspace. Documentation: Keep project management documents updated and accessible. Vendor Interaction: Pickup parts from local vendors as required. Parts Management: Gather leftover parts/pieces from jobsites, sort through used/damaged parts, and restock all usable items. Event and Office Maintenance: Assist with event setup and office maintenance tasks. Safety Compliance: Always adhere to and practice safe working standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in project coordination or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
