Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. This role oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects and programs. The Program Manager prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of projects.

  • Monitor and summarize progress of projects and programs.

  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.

  • Lead and direct the work of others.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4-7 years of experience in the field or a related area

  • SAP experience

  • MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience

  • Experience working on the manufacturing floor and with the engineering team

  • Experience in a production environment

Compensation Range: $45-$51/hr
