Robert Half Program Manager - Non IT 1 in Seattle, Washington

Description We are looking for a diligent Program Manager - Non IT 1 to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The position focuses on coordinating activities in various fields such as engineering research, financial systems, and product roll-out. This job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity for individuals who are proficient in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the integration of technical activities and make detailed plans to achieve project goals.

• Regularly present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence, assigning and directing their work as necessary.

• Analyze technology and resource needs to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

• Utilize knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

• Manage one's time effectively with the ability to work independently.

• Use computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio to efficiently carry out tasks.

• Engage in strategic planning and resource allocation in line with business and management principles.

• Carry out planning and research activities for successful project execution.

• Maintain a high level of interpersonal skills for effective verbal and written communication. Requirements • Proficient in Planning, Research, and Planning Processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and MS Visio

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Experience in Production, Engineering, and Manufacture roles

• Familiar with Production Processes and Quality Control

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Written Communication

• Ability to develop a Rollout Plan

• Knowledge of Financial Systems and Resource Allocation

• Strategic Planning skills

• PMP Certification and familiarity with PMI

• Understanding of Management Principles and Business Administration

• Familiarity with Very-large-scale Integration methods

• Experience in non-IT program management is desirable
