Description We are seeking a Production Designer for our team in the hospitality industry based in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be utilizing your skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and more to create and manage design templates.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Figma board to create and manage design templates for various deliverables

• Design templated paid ads and websites to enhance brand awareness

• Develop sales enablement tools for B2B design experience, trade organization, and cruise consultants

• Work with Adobe Creative Suite for designing advertisements, artwork, and banner ads

• Create and adjust brochures for marketing and promotional use

• Maintain a high level of detail and organization across all design work

• Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency and coherence

• Implement design skills to contribute to the overall customer experience

• Proactively take on tasks and projects to support the team's needs

• Continually update and maintain the accuracy of all design templates. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Illustrator is essential.

• Experience in creating advertisements, artwork, and banner ads.

• Ability to contribute to brand awareness initiatives.

• Experience in designing brochures and other print materials.

• Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma.

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficial.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details.

• Capacity to receive and give constructive criticism on design projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
