We are looking for a Product Manager, whose charter is to own the deals program for HPB and grow our customer engagement through it. In this role you will work directly with teams across Amazon to build successful promotional and thematic site experiences by developing strategy for key Tier1 events (Like Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Prime Day) and also other category themed Seasonal events throughout the year. You will get an opportunity to work across business, sourcing, data science and marketing leaders in Hardline Pvt Brands in sourcing deals, enabling them to drive the breadth and depth of deal selection for customers and support HPB selection to accelerate growth on Amazon. This Product Manager owns the HPB vision for the "Today’s Deals" experience. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and effective communicator, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide inputs to drive growth and process improvement for deal and events initiatives. The candidate should also have a persistent track record of having successfully formulated strategy, identify solutions, influencing/partnering with stakeholders and operational rigor in execution to deliver excellent results. Having marketing/events experience in Amazon is a plus.
Key job responsibilities
Conduct long and short-term deal planning that speaks to seasonal marketing strategies as well as long-term objectives of ASIN growth.
Drive the promotional plan, developing a structure and getting approval from senior management.
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and enlighten potential opportunities for growth.
Liaise with internal stakeholders in sourcing and business management to secure the sourcing of targeted deals volumes with an optimal quality control.
Partner with internal Traffic teams (Associates, Email, Social Media, Gateway, Search, central deals team, etc.) to plan, develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns
Establish guidelines, metrics and best practice for the execution.
Work with worldwide analytics team, local finance teams and marketing business intelligence teams to measure and report the results of your efforts.
Overall responsibility for HPB's presence on Amazon.com Deals & Events pages. Ensure HPB deals are presented to the highest standards, with the priorities of the customer front-of-mind.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses
Experience developing operational processes and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
