As Principal TPM in the Advertising Trust team, you will be delivering next generation ad programs which will spur innovation and fuel the future growth of Amazon Ad Solutions with an immediate impact on millions of customers every day. We are a high visibility team that works on some of the most critical goals in Amazon ad programs. Our team is responsible for building advertising solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence models for automation of policy enforcement and to ensure, content compliance of millions of ads served on Amazon and on 3rd party publisher.

You work well with stakeholders across organizations, understand their challenges and deliver innovative solutions that solve problems across Amazon Ads business.

You are comfortable gathering requirements across many Amazon Ads systems, creating and maintaining technical project plans and diving into the technical details to understand the nuances and complexities involved.

You understand the latest technologies such as AI and leverage them to solve business challenges.

You are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, demonstrate a high degree of product ownership, and want to have fun while they make history.

Key job responsibilities

This role requires experience driving multiple concurrent programs with significant complexity that has broad cross-organizational impact and architectural impact.

You will partner and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders across Amazon Ads to define business and technical strategy, prioritize requests, and create efficient execution and structural planning to achieve this roadmap.

You will be presenting your program to diverse executive leaders across various orgs.

You will contribute to all aspects of the software lifecycle: design, experimentation, release planning and testing.

You will succeed in these endeavors by combining your technical experience with your ability to listen to, learn from, and communicate with a diverse group of collaborators.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

  • 5+ years of software development experience

  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
