The Prime Video Payments team is seeking a Principal Product Manager Tech to help deliver superior payment experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will lead the payments product operations strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Payments Product Operations to enhance the customer experience, and grow business ROI. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team-oriented individual who also has the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

• Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
