Requirements

Performance Contracting Project Manager: This is where you come in.

We are in search of a proficient Project Manager specialized in Performance Contracting, ESCO, General or Owner Direct Construction with experience primarily within existing facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass the effective delivery of project goals including critical oversight of scope, finances, schedule, resources, and risks. Your primary emphasis will be on cultivating collaborative relationships while orchestrating the successful delivery of MacMiller Performance Contracting’s portfolio of Conservation, Sustainability & Energy work to our esteemed customers.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Act as the focal point for communication, skillfully coordinating and facilitating effective interaction among internal and external team members assigned to projects.

  • Oversee the execution of a project’s scope of work, ensuring alignment with all contractual intent, obligations, applicable codes, and requirements.

  • Supervise, monitor, predict, and communicate all facets of costs and revenue to stakeholders, ensuring the financial well-being of a project within its distinct funding parameters.

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor job progress offering timely communication regarding job status to all stakeholders.

  • Specify, strategize, and schedule the necessary resources to facilitate successful project execution.

  • Consistently evaluate, pinpoint, and communicate distinctive project risks, ensuring the establishment of risk mitigation plans for prompt resolution.

  • Exhibit authentic respect for colleagues and a sincere commitment to serving both internal and external customers, fostering positive relationships.

Your background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

  • Three to five years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in either Performance Contracting, General Construction, or Owner Direct Construction, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of delivering projects within existing facilities.

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering or possess equivalent education and/or experience that provides a reasonable understanding of project management.

  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects of diverse sizes and complexities, consistently establishing goals and meeting deadlines.

  • Expertise in interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, with familiarity in a diverse range of industry terminology.

  • Experience in Microsoft Suite of programs: Excel, Word, & MS Project

Benefits

Compensation: $88,000 to $144,000 Annually
