About the Role

 

The Professional Services Healthcare Sr. Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's Payroll and/or Time Tracking solutions for our healthcare customers.

 

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative team member to join our healthcare industry team. In this role, you will successfully implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise. The consultant will take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.

 

You should have extensive experience requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, passionate about results, and able to seamlessly partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Become an expert in understanding and implementing the Payroll product suite

Provide healthcare industry perspective for customer business requirements ensuring leading practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends

Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release

Attend and lead events to share experience and solutions with other consultants; acting as a mentor and coach
