In coordination with the PCs, we specialize in disability-focused medical examinations, independent medical exams and review services, occupational health services, diagnostic testing, and case management solutions. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner at our Tukwila, WA clinic to help ensure our service members get the best care possible. You will play a vital role in the continued care of these men and women.

Your Role at Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska:

As a Nurse Practitioner with Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Service affiliated professional corporation, you will conduct a variety of general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations including, but not limited to:

- - Reviewing medical history and associated records

``` - - Interpreting clinical data

``` - - Completing written reports and generating independent medical opinions (IMO)

The examinations may be completed in-person (in a clinic setting), in the examinees home, telephonically, at large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program, or using telehealth platforms.

You will be traveling (up to 30%) to provide physical examinations for veterans and service members in multiple locations throughout the country. All travel expenses are covered and a per diem will be received.

Pay Range:

Salary: $110,000-$160,000 (based on years of experience and education) with a potential annual bonus up to 30%.

Work Schedule, Location, What to expect:

- - Generally M-F, 8 working hour day (between 7am -6pm), with weekend/evening schedules based on operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- - Physical exams for a variety of customers to include federal, defense and others.

``` - - Occupational health exams to include pre- and post-employment and annual physicals.

``` - - Written medical opinions based on provided medical records/information and acceptable clinical evidence (ACE)

``` - - Provide telephonic and virtual exams

``` - - Unique exam settings - homebound, event sites, etc.

``` - - Completion of Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)

``` - - Provide primary medical evaluations to include, but not limited to: review of systems, pap smear, and range of motion

``` - - Complete initial review and interpretation of diagnostic studies to include but not limited to: laboratory, pulmonary function and ECG studies
