Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are currently seeking a Market Development Program Manager to join our Enterprise Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will develop, implement and manage the market strategy and innovation linked to the Inflation Reduction Act and other federal grant opportunities. You're great at: Develop business plans and manage resulting activities for strategic new markets, offerings, or vertical markets. Keep current on market trends and provide data-driven market intelligence to identify and develop robust programs and business models that establish McKinstry as a leading voice and innovator in the market. Identify, research, and prospect targets to discover additional business opportunities and transition to sales opportunities. Build partnerships in the market, establishing relationships with new technology products, vendors, clients, and business and community leaders. Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting as needed or requested. Research, resolve and respond to complex problems and questions Project Management Responsible for complex and challenging projects. Successfully engage in multiple projects/initiatives with cross functional stakeholder teams simultaneously. Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed Facilitate effective internal/external meetings. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources. Decompose high-level information into details and actionable items to move a project forward. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively to run a timely and successful project. Enforce project deadlines and schedules. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education required, Master's preferred. Four (4) or more years of business experience required. Demonstrated education or experience in developing standard measures and processes preferred. Continuous improvement or Six Sigma training a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools-Power BI and Tableau preferred.
