Maintenance Apprentice

Overview:

· Pay: $24 an hour

· Location: Seattle, WA

· Shift: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

· Weekly pay

Job Description:

If you are looking at a career in maintenance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to learn and get into the field. This role involves managing both commercial and some residential properties. You will assist the maintenance technicians with basic maintenance tasks, dump runs, Home Depot trips, and maintaining company equipment and tools. Company vehicle and tools will be provided.

Skills & Qualifications:

· This is an entry level position and no experience is required! We are looking to hire someone who wants to begin a career in the maintenance field.

· Previous maintenance and/or construction experience is a plus.

· Willingness to learn

· Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record

· Ability to speak, read, and write in English
