Description

Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 500 corporation in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in downtown Seattle!

The position schedule is 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, contract-to-hire, and pays $20-23/hr.

Key Duties:

• Assist attorneys on reviewing documents, tracking information, and managing correspondence

• Maintain file organization and answer inquiries from different legal departments

• Additional administrative tasks such as entering in attorney billing time

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ YOE in an office setting, preferably in a law firm

• Strong communication and professional skills
