Robert Half is partnering with a National Law Firm for a Labor & Employment Paralegal to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise employment-related documents, such as employee handbooks, contracts, and non-compete agreements.

• Assist in preparing and filing labor and employment claims, including discrimination, wage disputes, and wrongful termination cases.

• Conduct legal research on employment laws, regulations, and case precedents to support attorneys' arguments.

• Prepare discovery responses and assist in managing evidence for ongoing labor and employment litigation.

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and government agencies to gather information and schedule hearings or depositions.

  Requirements

• 5+ YOE in Labor & Employment Law as a Paralegal

The salary range for this position is $40-45/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
