Nancy Fritz Designs, LLC is an established landscape company specializing in design, fine gardening, planting, hardscape installation, lawn care; the list goes on! We are looking for an experienced horticulturist/landscaper who can drive and has a strong attention to detail.

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of horticultural experience in a professional setting
• Identifies as hardworking, a self-starter, and capable of working independently
• Possesses strong ornamental and PNW weed identification skills
• Irrigation - working knowledge and experience
• Sees the big picture when it comes to landscape work and knows how to prioritize tasks
• Can complete physical labor including bending, lifting, digging, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule with some longer hours during peak season, May-August
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• MUST be willing to drive / learn to drive company trucks (Izuzu NPR cabovers, large trucks)
• Has reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Open to opportunities to grow, learn, and build
• Must speak English, Bilingual a plus!

• 3 day weekends !

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 3 years (Required)
• Horticulture: 3 years (Required)
• Cabover, dumper, large vehicle experience or a willingness to learn

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• WA Pesticide License a plus
