We’re looking for an experienced project and program management leader to join our Go-to-Market Operations team in Seattle. This is a key role driving overall program management strategy as part of the team responsible for cross-functional marketing execution from strategy and planning through execution and measurement, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, providing visibility through timely communications and operational reporting, optimizing creative agency relationships, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes. This position will focus on supporting marketing teams in bringing campaigns to market across paid, earned and owned digital channels, as well as agency management strategic operations. The ideal candidate to fill this role has Marketing Operations and Agency management experience and is equal parts big-picture strategic thinker, problem solver, people leader, communicator and collaborator.

As a group manager, Program Management, Marketing Operations , you will…

· Lead a team of talented project managers responsible for executing key seasonal and innovation marketing programs and projects to develop and maintain project plans, ensuring schedule milestones and financial parameters are met and projects are delivered effectively to achieve business objectives.

· Recommend and implement continuous process improvements to positively impact efficiency and quality.

· Guide implementation of agency management strategic approach, as well as support team in maintaining health of day-to-day agency operations.

· Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners in the development of clearly articulated visions, business cases and program charters.

We’d love to hear from people with:

· Managing complex large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with continuous process improvement, change management and information technology components (8+ years)

· Marketing Operations experience in large, matrixed organizations (8+ years)

· Experience working with or within a creative agency setting, supporting large brands and strategic marketing campaigns from initiation through execution (5+ years)

· Demonstrated success managing a large team of project managers in program and project management and agency management (8+ years)

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
